Manual Pressure System
The pressure speed can be adjusted by pressing the three-pronged handle on the left. Thanks to the rack and pinion gear, the pressure created does not recoil, thus minimizing the effort required.
Manual Cutting System
The manual churro machine allows you to work with the innovative cutting system connected to the machine.
The scissor-like cutting system on the right side is activated when you open and close your hand.
The mechanical scissor system operates with a mechanism that transmits this movement to the cutting knife located at the bottom of the machine. To make two cuts at once, hold the cutting arm for the first cut and cut the first churro. When the next churro reaches the desired length, release the cutting arm. Repeat the process until you have made the desired number of churros. The most important thing to consider when cutting the dough is to ensure that the cutting knife and the shaping mold are in contact.
